Seriously, why has no one really cited this?įor me these few panels tell more of a story about how deeply Ciel feels for Lizzy then most any other panels in the arc. No one has used Chapter 56 pages 15 to 23 to show how deep this relationship really is. The one where he shouts he will protect her, the one where he’s blushing, etc. The thing is a lot of people cite various panels to show Ciel cares for Lizzy. I understand if readers see it as a close friendship, or a familial one, but for me it seems more and more that Yana Toboso genuinely seems to intend to have them as more than just friends. ![]() So I’ve always wondered why people seem to really not believe that Ciel genuinely loves Lizzy. ![]() Ciel and Lizzy: something special that happened on the boat… ![]()
